I have made it my passion to fully embrace and educate myself on the importance of holistic healing. You can’t focus on just one thing and ignore the rest. Just like you can’t just eat healthy and never exercise. Healing is also so much more than just purely physical. I am a certified personal trainer, sports nutritionist and transformation specialist. I also teach spin and Pilates reformer as well as meditation and life coaching. I am also recently certified as an Ayurveda wellness practitioner.
